Charles Sturman was Director of ARM’s Vector Signal Processor group, with responsibility for business development, strategy and general management. Before that Charles held various positions in system design, business development and product marketing within Acorn Computers, TTPCom and Motorola. AT TTPCom Charles created a short range wireless business and generated revenues of tens of millions of dollars. He was instrumental in the company’s licensing of 3G and LTE baseband IP.
Charles has over 20 years of experience in VLSI and wireless communications (WiFi, WiMAX, Bluetooth and Cellular) and is the author of more than ten papers and books. Educated at Southampton University, he has a degree in Electronic Engineering and a master’s in Information Engineering.
